• Chest: Take the measurement at the fullest part of the chest while your arms are at your sides.
• Waist: Wrap the tape at the narrowest part of the waist, where the body naturally bends.
• Hips: Stand with heels together and measure the fullest part of hips. The measuring tape should be at the same level all the way around the body.
