• Chest/Bust: With arms at sides, measure around fullest part of chest, across shoulder blades and under arms.
• Waist: Keep tape flat and a little loose. Wrap tape around waist so it intersects at your navel.
• Hips: Stand with heels together and measure around fullest part of hips. Tape measure should be level the entire way around body.
• Inseam: Stand straight and place tape measure high in crotch. Straighten tape so it goes down along inside of leg to the bottom of the ankle.
